How can I trust buying on Astrography?
We know that safety and trust are really important to you and being frequent online shoppers ourselves we take it seriously. When you purchase an item on Astrography, we hold your payment safe until you tell us you’ve received your order. Only then do we release your payment to the artist. We select our creators with care and we stand behind every purchase made on Astrography so that you can buy with confidence.
Can I sell at Astrography?
We’re always looking for interesting creators making great cosmic creations who come with a story to tell. Currently, only featured creators are allowed to sell with Astrography. Why am I required to register before making a purchase?
Registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email that you provide. Having an account lets you easily keep track of your order status from your dashboard.
How do I change my email settings?
To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:
At the bottom of any page you’ll see a link called ’My Account’ or your username if you’re signed in (at the top). Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.
Select “Account settings”. You are then able to change your connected email address, shipping address, and specify if you’d like to receive emails from Astrography.com.

It happens to the best of us. Go to this page so you can set a new one.
Can I make my own list of favourite products? Where can I see it?
Yes! If you like a product just click on the desire (heart) icon below it. This will automatically save it to your desired list, which you can find under your account dashboard. At the bottom of any page, you’ll see a link called ’My Account’ or your username if you’re signed in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.
What forms of payment does Astrography accept?
We are accepting payment via PayPal and PayU (Poland) with Bank Account, Visa, Mastercard. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
Are my payments secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.
For your own safety, we do not store any payment information. Payments are made directly through PayPal / PayU—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.
Buying on Astrography
When you buy something on Astrography, the money goes into a neutral escrow account so the Artist does not get paid until you have received your product and had time to review it.
The funds are not released until 48 hours after Astrography has gotten confirmation that you have received your item. So you can be confident that you will get what you bought and know that it is what it is advertised to be.
How do I check the status of an order?
In “My orders” (my Account) you can see the progress of all of them. Once delivered, you will receive more information on how to track the package and when it will arrive.
To check the status of your sale, hover over your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click it and choose ‘Orders’ in your dashboard, which is a page of all your active and previous orders.
If on the right hand side of the listing title the icon is Orange, it means that the item has not shipped yet. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the tracking number has been put into the system and your order receipt with your dashboard will provide the info for you to track the shipment.
Shipping & Return
What is the shipping return?
The products are delivered directly from Astrography to your doorstep. We strive to make all shipments as secure as possible.
You may return an Astrography print within 30 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and has not been used. Astrography print needs to be sent at the customer’s cost to the address provided on the contact page. After receiving the package the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. Please note that in case of returning only a part of the received Astrography prints the original shipping costs won’t be refunded. Also, our return policy is not applied to custom prints (custom prints are non-refundable).

Which countries do we ship to?
This depends on the nature of the products. We try to send our products Worldwide, but some products might be available only in the European Union, USA and Canada. The countries for which shipping is available are clearly indicated on the product or check out page.
How much will the delivery cost me?
This is subjective depending on where the package is sent from and its destination. Also, the size of the product and delivery type (standard or express) will affect the price. Delivery costs are clearly stated on the checkout page while buying.
*Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.
How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?
The delivery time is usually 3-5 days and depends on the distance between you and the Astrography office (Poland, EU). The expected delivery time is clearly stated on the product page, and on the checkout page.
The shipping time includes the manufacturing process, shipping and handling. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fees. In order to check for precise shipping cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.

Information Collected or Received
Astrography may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. Astrography may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Astrography. This information can include your IP address browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Astrography website.

Astrography collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.
When you place an order on the Site, you must provide your first and last name, a valid email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We will use this information to fulfil the order you place and to communicate with you about it.
Astrography uses your information for four purposes: (1) to fulfill the orders you place on the Site, (2) to answer any customer service inquiries that you may have, (3) to contact you about special offers, Astrography news and new products and (4) to understand the shopping habits of our customers to better serve them in the future.
